Written by The Division Bench of the Karnataka High Court recently confirmed the life imprisonment on one Mahesha, a jilted lover and has observed that “acid attack is a crime against basic human rights and also violates the most cherished fundamental rights guaranteed under Article-21 of the Constitution of India.”
