In percentage terms, major crime heads under ‘Crime Against Children’ during 2019 were #Kidnapping & Abduction (46.6%) and Protection of Children from #SexualOffences Act, 2012 (35.3%) including #childrape. The crime rate registered per lakh children population is 33.2 in 2019 in comparison with 31.8 in 2018.
