Written by The Delhi High Court has granted bail to a rape accused who also made an obscene video and thereafter threatened the girl to make the video public. The Court observed that “Three years prior to the year 2019, prosecutrix might have been 23 years of age and in the opinion of this Court, at the age of 23 years, a girl/lady is good enough to decide what is right or wrong”
